The best way to learn what this site is all about is to read my intro page at the very beginning. It’s like my manifesto for this whole project.

Personal remembrances, organized by groups of years, according to what I see as the phases of my life:

Tree House

Genealogical research and explorations of my family history, including information from a relative’s research which spans seven generations over about 250 years, and what I’ve learned and added in from my own research on Ancestry.ca and other online resources.

The street corner of this site. Mostly a blog of my reflections on recurring themes, but also sometimes, relevant articles and connections to related family sites, memoirs, or tools for family research.
